Leaving things in the hands of an experienced professional takes the frustration and guesswork out of things, which is going to make your training a lot more effective and will help you to get really strong while staying injury free.

Requirements

In order for a coaching to be effective you have to meet certain criterias:

  • You are motivated to train.
  • You have time for at least 3 training sessions per week.
  • You have been climbing seriously for at least 3 years.
  • You can regularely provide video footage of you climbing.
  • You have cleared any medical conditions with a licensed doctor.
